E' gi=C3=A0 arrivato il Natale=2C un momento in cui il tempo sembra rallen=
tare e ci invita a riflettere sull'anno appena trascorso. Il 2024=2C per m=
e=2C la mia famiglia e la nostra azienda=2C =C3=A8 stato un anno sfidante.=
 Alcuni lo descrivono come lento=2C incerto e faticoso.

Tuttavia=2C so che per molti altri =C3=A8 stato portatore di gioie inattes=
e: genitori che hanno accolto una nuova vita=2C cuori innamorati che hanno=
 trovato una nuova relazione=2C menti geniali hanno scoperto nuovi sistemi=
 per migliorare la salute delle persone e del nostro pianeta.

So per certo che il nuovo anno porter=C3=A0 in s=C3=A9 i semi buoni di que=
llo che abbiamo vissuto=2C anche se parlandone con un mio caro amico=2C mi=
 ha risposto: "certo=2C ci sono i semi buoni=2C i fiori e i frutti dolci e=
 saporosi=2C ma ci sono anche le erbacce e i funghi velenosi".
Hai ragione=2C caro amico=2C ma se sappiamo cercare in profondit=C3=A0 il=
 significato di quelle difficolt=C3=A0 e trarne degli insegnamenti=2C evol=
viamo e cresciamo.

Il significato non =C3=A8 qualcosa che troviamo - =C3=A8 qualcosa che cerc=
hiamo=2C e i pezzi del puzzle sono spesso i frammenti delle nostre speranz=
e e dei nostri sogni infranti. "Non c'=C3=A8 amore per la vita senza dispe=
razione della vita=E2=80=9D=2C scrisse Albert Camus tra le due guerre mond=
iali. La trasmutazione della disperazione=2C delle difficolt=C3=A0=2C in a=
more =C3=A8 ci=C3=B2 che chiamiamo significato. =C3=88 un processo attivo=
=2C di ricerca=2C un atto creativo=2C pieno di intenzione e dedizione. Par=
adossalmente=2C creiamo il significato pi=C3=B9 facilmente=2C pi=C3=B9 urg=
entemente=2C proprio quando attraversiamo tempi di confusione e di dispera=
zione=2C quando la vita come la conosciamo ha smesso di avere senso e dobb=
iamo ricavare da soli non solo ci=C3=B2 che la rende vivibile=2C ma ci=C3=
=B2 che la rende degna di essere vissuta. Sono tempi chiarificatori=2C tem=
pi santificanti=2C quando i simulacri di significato che abbiamo consapevo=
lmente e inconsapevolmente preso in prestito dalla nostra cultura - il den=
aro=2C il peso forma e i denti perfetti - cadono per rivelare
l'anima nuda dell'essere=2C per affinare lo spirito sull'osso mortale.

Il poetico neurologo Oliver Sacks (9 luglio 1933 - 30 agosto 2015) - che h=
a riflettuto con un rigore e una compassione non comuni su cosa significhi=
 essere umani e su tutti i diversi modi di esserlo e di rimanerlo=2C a pre=
scindere da come le nostre menti possano sfilacciarsi - affronta la questi=
one del senso della vita nel suo ultimo libro "Gratitudine" (Adelphi - 201=
5) nel quale affronta il suo travolgente senso di gratitudine per una vita=
 ben vissuta.

In questo Natale=2C voglio ispirarmi a Oliver Sacks=2C o a chiunque abbia=
 davvero compreso che essere grati e riconoscere il valore di ogni cosa=2C=
 =C3=A8 una scelta consapevole=2C e non una situazione in cui restituiamo=
 un GRAZIE ad un colpo di fortuna=2C n=C3=A8 tantomeno un sentimento che d=
ipende solo da elementi esterni che giudichiamo positivi. Essere pieni di=
 gratitudine =C3=A8 un punto di arrivo interiore che ci consente di avvici=
narci alla forza della Vita che Crea=2C in pace con tutto e tutti=2C e fin=
almente pi=C3=B9 simili a Dio che nasce anche in questo Natale. Ed in qual=
unque altro giorno.

Vi auguro di scegliere ogni attimo con gioia=2C come un bambino sceglie co=
n che pastello colorare il cielo. Buon Natale a tutti e buon anno nuovo=2C=
 che sia di trasformazione.
