ART=2C DESIGN=2C BEAUTY AND SUSTAINABILITY
During Milan Design Week 2022 Extravega reaffirms its commitment as a Bene=
fit Corporation and inaugurates a splendid mural over 100 metres long crea=
ted - on the external walls of the headquarters - by artist Federico Massa=
 a.k.a. Iena Cruz=2C Brooklyn based artist from Milan Italy=2C and dedicat=
ed to the theme of sustainability and preservation of the environment.

Il murales affronta tematiche culturali=2C valori e note ambientali cui Ex=
travega =C3=A8 pi=C3=B9 sensibile: una vocazione imprenditoriale votata al=
 bene comune e un=E2=80=99economia produttiva rispettosa della natura e de=
lle risorse naturali. Il murales=2C realizzato con vernici speciali anti-s=
mog=2C a sostegno della purificazione dell'aria e particolarmente efficaci=
 in un territorio a forte impatto d=E2=80=99inquinamento=2C sviluppa due s=
cenari diversi ma complementari=2C che raccontano in parallelo la dimensio=
ne di creativit=C3=A0=2C lavoro e di cultura in Extravega.

The mural addresses cultural issues=2C values and environmental notes to w=
hich Extravega is most sensitive: an entrepreneurial vocation devoted to t=
he common good and a productive economy respectful of natural resources. T=
he mural=2C created with special anti-smog paints supporting air purificat=
ion and that are particularly effective in an area with a high pollution i=
mpact=2C develops two different but complementary scenarios=2C which tell=
 in parallel the dimension of creativity=2C work and culture at Extravega.

Sul muro di destra =C3=A8 rappresentato un mix tra terra e spazio abitato=
 da un branco di lupi in movimento=2C che simboleggia la corsa delle idee=
 che =E2=80=9Centrano=E2=80=9D in azienda per prendere vita e diventare op=
ere architetturali esclusive e oggetti d=E2=80=99interior unici. =C2=ABCom=
e nella vita del branco ogni lupo ha un compito da assolvere=2C cos=C3=AC=
 in azienda si condividono valori e obiettivi comuni per procedere forti e=
 compatti verso il futuro=C2=BB spiega Iena Cruz.

The right wall depicts a mix of land and space inhabited by a pack of wolv=
es on the move=2C symbolising the race of ideas that 'enter' the company t=
o come to life and become exclusive architectural works and unique interio=
r objects. "Just as in the life of the pack each wolf has a task to fulfil=
=2C so in the company we share common values and goals to move forward str=
ong and united towards the future" explains Iena Cruz.

riali =E2=80=93 acciaio e vetro =E2=80=93 spesso usati da Extravega. =C2=
=ABUn posto sperduto in cui si cela un messaggio subliminale sulla preserv=
azione delle specie protette e le problematiche ambientali=2C come lo scio=
glimento dei ghiacciai=2C e un grido d=E2=80=99aiuto lanciato da un Orso p=

The left wall presents a cold and sharp landscape=2C like the materials -=
 steel and glass - often used by Extravega. "A lost place that hides a sub=
liminal message about the preservation of protected species and environmen=
tal issues=2C such as melting glaciers=2C and a cry for help raised by a P=
olar Bear".
