Un primo credit= ore (di uno solo dei fratelli) (creditore procedente) pignora la quota indi= visa (50%) di questo fratello debitore nel novembre 2013. Nel 2015 un secon= do creditore (sempre dello stesso fratello) interviene nella procedura esec= utiva. Nel giugno 2016 la banca pignora l=E2=80=99intero immobile per un to= tale di rate insolute pari a circa 18.000,00 con una propria procedura auto= noma. Le rate non sono state pagate solo da questo fratello debitore. Nel n= ovembre 2016 le procedure vengono riunite dal giudice. Nel dicembre 2017 la= banca risolve il contratto di mutuo per decadenza del beneficio del termin= e. Nel novembre 2018 la banca interviene nella procedura per l=E2=80=99inte= ra somma oltre interessi e spese. Nel giugno 2019 la casa viene venduta all= =E2=80=99asta. Nel ottobre 2019 interviene nella procedura la societ=C3=A0 = Prisma srl in luogo della Unicredit spa per il recupero dell=E2=80=99intero= credito. L=E2=80=99acquisto avviene tramite un uni= co mutuo fondiario cointestato e solidale (dicembre 2006). Le rate vengono = pagate per met=C3=A0 da ciascuno dei fratelli, per accordo interno loro. Un= primo creditore (di uno solo dei fratelli) (creditore procedente) pignora = la quota indivisa (50%) di questo fratello debitore nel novembre 2013. Nel = 2015 un secondo creditore (sempre dello stesso fratello) interviene nella p= rocedura esecutiva. Nel giugno 2016 la banca pignora l=E2=80=99intero immob= ile per un totale di rate insolute pari a circa 18.000,00 con una propria p= rocedura autonoma. Le rate non sono state pagate solo da questo fratello de= bitore. Nel novembre 2016 le procedure vengono riunite dal giudice. Nel dic= embre 2017 la banca risolve il contratto di mutuo per decadenza del benefic= io del termine. Nel novembre 2018 la banca interviene nella procedura per l= =E2=80=99intera somma oltre interessi e spese. Nel giugno 2019 la casa vien= e venduta all=E2=80=99asta. Nel ottobre 2019 interviene nella procedura la = societ=C3=A0 Prisma srl in luogo della Unicredit spa per il recupero dell= =E2=80=99intero credito. Nell=E2=80=99atto =C3=A8 riportata questa frase: = =E2=80=9CTutto ci=C3=B2 premesso, Prisma SPV s.r.l., e per essa doValue S.p= .A. quale mandataria, come in epigrafe rappresentata e difesa, con il prese= nte atto, si costituisce nella procedura esecutiva immobiliare in epigrafe,= in sostituzione della Unicredit S.p.A., chiedendone l=E2=80=99estromission= e, facendo propri tutti gli atti da essa posti in essere per il soddisfacim= ento del proprio credito descritto in premessa.=E2=80=9D Rispetto a questo = intervento non =C3=A8 stata presentata opposizione e nessun provvedimento = =C3=A8 stato preso dal giudice.
