margin: 0;"><strong><span style=3D= "font-size: 22px; line-height: 2; background: white;">LA VICENDA</span></st= rong><br> </p><p style=3D"padding: 0; margin: 0;"><span=0Astyle=3D"fon= t-size: 22px; line-height: 2; background: white;">Nel 2010 l=E2=80=99aziend= a aveva sottoscritto con la propria Banca un contratto derivato IRS a tasso= fisso con nozionale di riferimento pari a =E2=82=AC 500.000 relativo ad un= finanziamento chirografario. Il derivato era stato stipulato su suggerimen= to dell=E2=80=99intermediario, che ne aveva consigliato la sottoscrizione i= n modo da realizzare una forma di copertura per il proprio indebito, cos= =C3=AC da fronteggiare il rischio dell=E2=80=99aumento dei tassi di interes= se.
