margin: 0;text-align:justify"><span=0Astyle=3D"line-height: 2; fon= t-size: 22px;">Oggetto del giudizio sono stati ben <b>quattro contratti di = leasing</b> stipulati tra una societ=C3=A0 e il proprio istituto di credito= . Nell=E2=80=99aprile 2010 l=E2=80=99istituto lamentava il <b>mancato pagam= ento di alcune rate</b> e notificava<b> il decreto ingiuntivo</b> nei confr= onti del proprio creditore.
