La macchina ideale dovrebbe lavorare tutto il = tempo alla velocit=C3=A0 massima, senza generare alcun tipo di problema per= la qualit=C3=A0 dei prodotti. Per raggiungere un OEE ottimale bisogna prendere in considerazione = tre parametri: * La Disponibilit=C3=A0 - Tempo in cui la macchina risulta= in lavorazione al netto di tutti i tempi di inattivit=C3=A0. * L=E2=80=99Efficienza - Confronto tra produzione effettiva e obiettivo = nel periodo temporale * La Qualit=C3=A0 - Percentuale di pezzi non = scartati sul totale dei pezzi prodotti. L'IMPORTANZA DELL'OEE Perch=C3=A9 questo valore =C3=A8 cos=C3=AC importante per le aziende? Perch=C3=A9 l=E2=80=99OEE permette di monitorare le tre diverse variabili e= di agire e concentrare gli sforzi su quello che risulta pi=C3=B9 basso.
