E il risultato si vede dopo: nella qualit=C3=A0 della mescola, nella ripeti= bilit=C3=A0 del processo e nelle propriet=C3=A0 finali del materiale. Per questo un mescolatore a due cilindri non =C3=A8 semplicemente una macch= ina che =E2=80=9Cmiscela=E2=80=9D. =C3=88 uno strumento di controllo del processo. I mescolatori a due cilindri Labtech sono progettati proprio con questa log= ica: comprimere, stirare e lavorare il materiale tra due rulli, mantenendo = sotto controllo le condizioni operative che influenzano direttamente il com= portamento della gomma durante la lavorazione. =20 1. Quando il materiale =C3=A8 difficile da lavorare, serve stabilit=C3=A0 m= eccanica Nella lavorazione della gomma, non tutti i materiali si comportano allo ste= sso modo. Alcune mescole richiedono maggiore forza, maggiore controllo e una struttur= a pi=C3=B9 robusta per essere lavorate in modo efficace tra i cilindri. Qui entra in gioco la configurazione dei due rulli. La lavorazione avviene attraverso compressione e stiramento del materiale n= el punto di contatto tra i cilindri. Il materiale forma il classico =E2=80= =9Cband=E2=80=9D sul rullo e viene progressivamente lavorato attraverso il = passaggio nel nip. Il vantaggio concreto non =C3=A8 solo =E2=80=9Cavere due rulli=E2=80=9D. =C3=88 poter gestire in modo controllato una fase critica della preparazion= e della mescola, soprattutto quando la gomma =C3=A8 pi=C3=B9 impegnativa da= processare. =20 2. Temperatura sotto controllo, processo pi=C3=B9 prevedibile Uno dei problemi pi=C3=B9 delicati nella lavorazione della gomma =C3=A8 la = gestione della temperatura. Se la temperatura sale troppo, il materiale pu=C3=B2 degradarsi. Se il processo richiede riscaldamento graduale o cicli termici, serve una r= egolazione pi=C3=B9 precisa. Per questo i rulli possono essere configurati con diversi sistemi di contro= llo termico. La versione con raffreddamento ad acqua aiuta a mantenere basse le temperat= ure durante la lavorazione, riducendo il rischio di degradazione termica de= l materiale. La configurazione con riscaldamento e raffreddamento a olio permette invece= un controllo pi=C3=B9 stabile e preciso della temperatura. =C3=88 una solu= zione indicata quando il processo richiede maggiore attenzione alla gestion= e termica. Nel PDF viene inoltre indicata la possibilit=C3=A0 di controllo della tempe= ratura dei rulli con circolazione d=E2=80=99olio e canali a spirale vicini = alla superficie del rullo, con l=E2=80=99obiettivo di ottenere temperature = molto accurate. Il beneficio reale =C3=A8 chiaro: meno variabilit=C3=A0 nelle condizioni di= processo e maggiore controllo sulla qualit=C3=A0 finale della mescola. =20 3. Regolare il nip significa controllare il risultato Nel lavoro quotidiano, anche una piccola variazione del gap tra i cilindri = pu=C3=B2 cambiare il modo in cui il materiale viene lavorato. Per questo il controllo del nip gap =C3=A8 un elemento centrale. I mescolatori Labtech prevedono la regolazione tramite volantino di regolaz= ione dell=E2=80=99apertura tra i cilindri, con lettura digitale del gap. Ne= lla versione standard =C3=A8 indicata la possibilit=C3=A0 di impostare il n= ip gap con accuratezza fino a 0,01 mm. Questo non va letto come un semplice dato tecnico. Significa dare all=E2=80=99operatore uno strumento per lavorare con maggior= e precisione e ripetibilit=C3=A0, soprattutto quando si devono confrontare = mescole, formulazioni o condizioni di processo differenti. Sono inoltre disponibili soluzioni per il monitoraggio del nip gap e, come = opzione, la regolazione motorizzata del gap al posto del volantino manuale. In pratica: meno approssimazione operativa, pi=C3=B9 controllo sul processo= . =20 4. Sicurezza e gestione operativa non sono dettagli secondari Una macchina per la lavorazione della gomma deve essere efficace, ma anche = progettata per un uso quotidiano sicuro e pratico. =C3=88 fornita di diversi dispositivi di sicurezza, tra cui pulsante di eme= rgenza sul pannello di controllo, pannelli di emergenza attivabili con il g= inocchio, barra sopra i rulli per arresto di emergenza, gabbie di sicurezza= , interruttori di fine corsa sui pannelli laterali e apertura rapida idraul= ica dei rulli come opzione. =C3=88 prevista anche la possibilit=C3=A0 di apertura rapida dei rulli in s= ituazioni di emergenza, con movimento indicato di 50 mm. Queste soluzioni non servono a rendere la macchina =E2=80=9Cpi=C3=B9 comple= ta=E2=80=9D sulla carta.
