** CONTRIBUTI A FONDO PERDUTO PER LE IMPRESE

Turismo 2026: Contributo fino al 30% + finanziamento agevolato per investi=
menti fino a 15 milioni=E2=82=AC

Il Ministero del Turismo ha definito una nuova misura nazionale dedicata a=
l rafforzamento del sistema turistico italiano=2C con l=E2=80=99obiettivo=
 di sostenere investimenti strategici orientati alla digitalizzazione=2C s=
ostenibilit=C3=A0 e destagionalizzazione dei flussi turistici.

La misura rappresenta un=E2=80=99opportunit=C3=A0 concreta per le imprese=
 del settore che intendono realizzare interventi strutturali e tecnologici=
 di medio-grande dimensione=2C migliorando la competitivit=C3=A0 e la qual=
it=C3=A0 dell=E2=80=99offerta.

Con una dotazione complessiva pari a 109 milioni di euro=2C il bando preve=
de una combinazione di contributo a fondo perduto e finanziamento agevolat=
o=2C rendendo sostenibili investimenti anche rilevanti.

L=E2=80=99incentivo =C3=A8 finalizzato a sostenere programmi di investimen=
to privati in grado di:
* sviluppare l=E2=80=99offerta turistica nazionale;
* favorire la destagionalizzazione dei flussi;
* accelerare la digitalizzazione dell=E2=80=99ecosistema turistico;
* promuovere investimenti coerenti con i criteri ESG e il turismo sostenib=
ile.

Gli interventi devono integrare pi=C3=B9 ambiti (energia=2C digitalizzazio=
ne=2C riqualificazione) per generare un miglioramento complessivo della st=
ruttura e del servizio offerto.

** Soggetti beneficiari
------------------------------------------------------------
Possono accedere alle agevolazioni:
* imprese del comparto turistico e ricettivo;
* ristoranti=2C catering e attivit=C3=A0 di somministrazione;
* B&B=2C campeggi=2C agriturismi=2C ostelli;
* stabilimenti balneari=2C centri termali e wellness;
* operatori fieristici=2C congressuali e dell=E2=80=99intrattenimento.

Sono ammesse anche:
* imprese con attivit=C3=A0 turistica prevalente dimostrabile;
* proprietari immobiliari=2C con il coinvolgimento del gestore.

I beneficiari devono essere imprese attive=2C regolarmente iscritte al Reg=
istro Imprese e operative sul territorio italiano.

** Tipologia di interventi ammissibili
------------------------------------------------------------
Sono finanziabili investimenti strutturati che combinano pi=C3=B9 ambiti s=
trategici:

Efficienza energetica e sostenibilit=C3=A0
* coibentazione=2C infissi=2C cappotti termici;
* impianti fotovoltaici e sistemi di accumulo;
* climatizzazione intelligente e riduzione consumi;
* recupero acqua e interventi ambientali.

Digitalizzazione e innovazione
* infrastrutture IT e cablaggio;
* sistemi di automazione e domotica;
* soluzioni per intelligenza artificiale;
* software=2C piattaforme e sistemi gestionali.

Riqualificazione strutture
* piscine=2C centri wellness=2C aree congressuali;
* miglioramento accessibilit=C3=A0;
* ammodernamento strutture ricettive.

Investimenti immateriali
* software=2C brevetti=2C licenze;
* tecnologie per destagionalizzazione e gestione flussi.

Gli interventi devono essere completati entro 18 mesi dalla concessione e=
 comunque non oltre il 30 settembre 2028.

** Entit=C3=A0 e forma dell=E2=80=99agevolazione
------------------------------------------------------------
Il bando prevede una struttura mista particolarmente interessante:
* contributo a fondo perduto fino al 30% delle spese ammissibili;
* finanziamento agevolato fino al 70% dell=E2=80=99investimento.

Limiti economici:
* investimento minimo: 1.000.000 =E2=82=AC
* investimento massimo: 15.000.000 =E2=82=AC
* contributo massimo: 4.500.000 =E2=82=AC

Si tratta quindi di una misura pensata per interventi rilevanti=2C in grad=
o di generare un reale salto di qualit=C3=A0 nella struttura e nei servizi=
 offerti.

** Data presentazione domande
------------------------------------------------------------
Il bando =C3=A8 attualmente in fase di pre-informazione.

Le modalit=C3=A0 operative e le date di apertura dello sportello saranno d=
efinite con successivo provvedimento del Ministero.

Proprio per questo=2C =C3=A8 fondamentale impostare fin da ora il progetto=
=2C in modo da arrivare pronti all=E2=80=99apertura e aumentare le probabi=
lit=C3=A0 di accesso alle risorse.
