Nuove norme sulla sostenibilità degli imballaggi

Il Regolamento Europeo PPWR prevede, a partire dal 12 agosto 2026, la progressiva entrata in vigore nuovi requisiti legati agli imballaggi, al fine di favorire un'economia circolare. Una delle prime norme ad entrare in vigore riguarda lo spazio vuoto all'interno degli imballi, che non potrà superare il 40% del volume.Inoltre, dal 2030 gli imballaggi con un tasso di riciclabilità inferiore al 70% non potranno più essere immessi sul mercato.
