Anche quando l=E2=80=99indicazione =C3=A8 chia= ra, semplice e strutturata, scatta in loro una sorta di compulsione a =E2= =80=9Cmetterci del proprio=E2=80=9D, alterando modalit=C3=A0 operative che = non richiederebbero alcuna reinterpretazione. Questo atteggiamento, nel tempo, diventa estremamente irritante per chi =C3= =A8 chiamato a guidare il team.
