Regione Lombardia: Contributi a fondo perduto per progetti di ricerca indu=
striale e sviluppo sperimentale nel settore Tessile=2C Moda e Accessorio

Il Bando Next Fashion 2025 promosso da Regione Lombardia sostiene progetti=
 di ricerca industriale e sviluppo sperimentale nel settore Tessile=2C Mod=
a e Accessorio. L=E2=80=99obiettivo =C3=A8 rafforzare la competitivit=C3=
=A0 del sistema produttivo lombardo=2C favorendo iniziative orientate a in=
novazione=2C digitalizzazione e sostenibilit=C3=A0 ambientale.

Il bando incentiva interventi con impatto concreto sul miglioramento dei p=
rocessi produttivi e sull=E2=80=99introduzione di tecnologie avanzate=2C v=
alorizzando le eccellenze del comparto moda in Lombardia.

Le finalit=C3=A0 strategiche si concentrano su:
* Sviluppo e diffusione di innovazioni di prodotto e processo=2C con prior=
it=C3=A0 a quelle radicali;
* Potenziamento delle collaborazioni tra imprese e messa a sistema di comp=
etenze e know-how;
* Adozione di tecnologie avanzate attraverso sinergie tra imprese e centri=
 di ricerca;
* Promozione di una crescita sostenibile=2C in linea con la transizione ec=
ologica e digitale.

Il bando si inserisce nel PR FESR 2021-2027=2C contribuendo a due obiettiv=
i: rafforzare la capacit=C3=A0 innovativa delle PMI (Azione 1.3.3) e promu=
overe progetti complessi di R&S (Azione 1.1.3).

BENEFICIARI
------------------------------------------------------------
Beneficiari del bando sono partenariati composti da 3 a 6 imprese=2C con o=
bbligo di includere almeno una PMI. I requisiti per i partner prevedono:
* Autonomia reciproca tra le imprese;
* Sede operativa in Lombardia=2C o impegno a costituirla prima dell=E2=80=
=99erogazione del contributo;
* Un massimo del 70% dei costi sostenuti da un singolo partner.

=C3=88 obbligatorio un accordo di partenariato che specifichi:
* Ruolo e compiti del capofila;
* Responsabilit=C3=A0 e modalit=C3=A0 di collaborazione tra i partner;
* Regole sulla propriet=C3=A0 e sull=E2=80=99uso dei risultati.

Sono escluse le imprese in difficolt=C3=A0=2C attive nei settori vietati o=
 non in regola con DURC e normativa antimafia.

CONTRIBUTI
------------------------------------------------------------
Il contributo =C3=A8 concesso a fondo perduto=2C con percentuali differenz=
iate per tipologia d=E2=80=99impresa e attivit=C3=A0:
* Piccole imprese: fino al 60% per le attivit=C3=A0 di sviluppo sperimenta=
le;
* Medie imprese: fino al 50% per le attivit=C3=A0 di sviluppo sperimentale=
;
* Grandi imprese: fino al 40%=2C sia per le attivit=C3=A0 di ricerca indus=
triale sia di sviluppo sperimentale.

Il contributo massimo per progetto =C3=A8 pari a 1.000.000 euro=2C di cui=
 300.000 euro al massimo destinabili a grandi imprese.

INTERVENTI AGEVOLABILI
Sono finanziabili progetti che comprendano attivit=C3=A0 di sviluppo speri=
mentale=2C eventualmente integrate da ricerca industriale=2C nel settore T=
essile=2C Moda e Accessorio=2C con focus su innovazione=2C digitalizzazion=
e e sostenibilit=C3=A0. I progetti devono:
* Interessare attivit=C3=A0 di produzione=2C commercio o servizi innovativ=
i;
* Rientrare in uno degli 8 ecosistemi S3 della Regione Lombardia;
* Essere coerenti con il principio DNSH (Do No Significant Harm).

Esempi di ambiti tematici:
* Upcycling e rigenerazione scorte;
* Digitalizzazione di archivi storici accessibili;
* Materiali innovativi=2C anche per sicurezza e automazione.

Spesa minima ammissibile: 500.000 euro
Durata: massimo 24 mesi=2C prorogabili di 6 mesi in casi motivati.
I progetti devono essere realizzati in Lombardia e avviati dopo la present=
azione della domanda.

Sono ammesse spese direttamente connesse alle attivit=C3=A0 di R&S=2C tra=
 cui:
* Personale tecnico e ricercatori impiegati nel progetto;
* Attrezzature e strumentazioni (acquisto o ammortamento);
* Brevetti=2C consulenze specialistiche=2C ricerca contrattuale;
* Materiali e forniture specifici;
* Spese generali forfettarie (20% dei costi diretti).

Le spese devono essere sostenute dopo la presentazione della domanda.

PRESENTAZIONE E VALUTAZIONE DELLE  DOMANDE
------------------------------------------------------------
Le domande di contributo possono essere inviate dalle ore 10:30 del 16 set=
tembre 2025 fino alle ore 15:00 del 17 novembre 2025=2C esclusivamente onl=
ine.
La procedura =C3=A8 valutativa a graduatoria=2C e comprende:
* Verifica formale dell=E2=80=99ammissibilit=C3=A0;
* Valutazione tecnica da parte del Nucleo Tecnico;
* Attribuzione di un punteggio su base 100=2C con soglie minime;
* Premialit=C3=A0 fino a 2 punti per certificazioni ambientali o presenza=
 femminile/giovanile nel partenariato.

La graduatoria sar=C3=A0 approvata entro 120 giorni dalla chiusura della f=
inestra di candidatura.
