Hi,

Could you please provide us with:

- temporary super admin (if Joomla is used) or admin (if WordPress is
   used) access to your website (URL + username + password)
   - temporary FTP access (host + username + password)
   - your license key
   - the email you bought the license with

This way I will be able to take a closer look at your issue.

*Important note : *
If you are creating a new account for us please don't use our support email
as email of the account.
We are getting hit by unneeded emails from members' website once we finish
our work on debugging the issue if you do that.
So please use something like test@acyba.com
