We analyzed a time window of 3600 seconds (2026-07-17 23:42:59.04 UTC to 2026-07-18 00:42:59.04 UTC), during which IceCube was collecting good quality data. This time window is centered on the 1800 second interval with a high burst rate reported by FAST. The analysis is consistent with the atmospheric background only hypothesis, with a p-value of 1.0. We accordingly derive a time-integrated muon-neutrino flux upper limit for this source of E^2 dN/dE = 4.8e-2 GeV cm^-2 at 90% confidence level, for an E^-2 power law. 90% of events IceCube would detect from a source at this declination with an E^-2 spectrum are between approximately 700 GeV and 470 TeV. The IceCube Neutrino Observatory is a cubic-kilometer neutrino detector operating at the geographic South Pole, Antarctica. Preliminary analysis indicates that this source was in an elevated gamma-ray emission state on July 25, 2026, with a daily averaged gamma-ray flux (E>100MeV) of (0.8+/-0.2) X 10^-6 photons cm^-2 s^-1 (statistical uncertainty only). This corresponds to a flux increase of a factor of 120 relative to the average flux reported in the fourth data release of the fourth Fermi-LAT catalog (4FGL-DR4, Ballet et al. 2023, arXiv:2307.12546). This is the highest LAT daily flux ever observed for this source. The corresponding photon index is 1.75+/-0.12, indicating a significantly harder spectrum than the 4FGL-DR4 value of 2.25+/-0.08. Because Fermi normally operates in an all-sky scanning mode, regular gamma-ray monitoring of this source will continue. We encourage multifrequency observations of this source. For this source, the Fermi-LAT contact person is Adithiya Dinesh (adinesh@ucm.es). The Fermi-LAT is a pair conversion telescope designed to cover the energy band from 20 MeV to greater than 300 GeV.
