The 2025 eruption of the object was discovered on Nov. 30.36 (K. Itagaki et al. ATel #17511) and also reported in images taken 6 hours prior to discovery (F. Diaz-Segado et al. ATel #17514). A spectrum of the fast-fading object was taken on 2025 Dec 01.79 using Gr7 of the HFOSC instrument mounted on the 2m HCT located at IAO, Hanle, India, with an exposure time of 3600 s. The spectrum shows a blue continuum, clearly featuring H-alpha and H-beta emission, along with the He I emission near 5876 A. The FWHM, estimated by fitting a single Gaussian, are roughly 2400 km/s for H-alpha and 1830 km/s for H-beta. The spectrum is similar to that reported for its previous outbursts, observed within 3 days of eruption. This confirms the recurrence of M31N 2008-12a and its 2025 eruption. We continue to monitor the object with facilities at IAO. More observations are encouraged. We thank the HCT observers for sparing time to carry out the ToO observations. Itagaki 2025.11.30.3634 (also see ATel #17511, ATel #17514, ATel #17520). The spectrum was obtained on 2025 November 30.723UT (mid-observing time). using the ARIES Devasthal Faint Object Spectrograph and Camera (ADFOSC; Omar et al., 2019, Current Science, 116, 1472) at the 3.6-meter Devasthal Optical Telescope (DOT). We used Grism 676R (3500-8950A), a 2 arcsec slit giving a spectral resolving power of R ~ 600 and a 3600s exposure time. The spectrum comprises of emission lines of H, He I, He II, NII and NIII. The double-peaked Halpha line sits on a broad pedestal, with a remarkable unconvolved Full Width at Zero Intensity (FWZI) of ~ 15000 Km/s. The pedestal is reminiscent of the Halpha profile seen by Darnley et al. (2016, ApJ, 833, 149) on day 0.67 p.m. 0.02 past discovery of the 2015 eruption, which had a base width of ~13000 km/s and which was attributed to collimated flows. However, the extended red wing of the broad Halpha emission that we see is partially due to the presence of the He I 6678 A line. He II 4686A is also detected, merged with the Bowen blend (4640-4650 A). There is a prominent emission feature blueward of H Alpha in the region covering the NII 6346A line and the red coronal line of [FeX] 6375A. If part of this feature is indeed coronal [Fe X], then its early occurrence suggests it is likely due to shock heating of the giant secondary's wind by interaction with the high velocity nova ejecta. Photoionization, as the causative mechanism, is unlikely as the super soft X-ray phase (generally starting on days 5 - 6) is yet to begin. Further observations are encouraged. The outburst was discovered by Zhao et al. on 2025 Nov 25.8076 UT (ATel #17506) and spectroscopically confirmed by Darnley et al. based on a spectrum obtained on 2025 Nov 26.808 (ATel #17516). We obtained a low-resolution spectrum on 2025 Nov 27.79 UT with an exposure of 3600s, from which only H-alpha and H-beta features could be clearly identified due to the poor S/N. Both lines are very broad, with H-alpha exhibiting a complex multi-peaked feature having an FWHM velocity of approximately 8200 km/s. This result is consistent with the report by Darnley et al. and past eruptions (ATel #14145, ATel #8242). We thank the HCT observers for giving us time to carry out the ToO observations.
