to your Bus company towards providing 7 days transport services in March
2024. The film crew is working for an Independent filmmaker coming to shoot
movie scenes within your town for the below travel details:

Number of passengers: 25 persons (ages: 35 years - 59 years).

Transportation time: 11:00am to 16:00pm (5-hours) each day.

Vehicle type: Coach, Bus or Minibus that can accommodate 25 passengers

Travel Distance: within the radius of 160km (80km-going and 80km-return)
each day.

Transportation dates: 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of March 2024; this
includes airport pick up (closest international airport within your
proximity) on the 15 of March 2024, and airport shuttle (closest
international airport within your proximity) on our departure on the 22 of
March 2024.

Note: All the 25 passengers will be arriving and departing on the same day,
using the same flight and same airport.

At the moment, the film crew have not booked flight tickets, hotel
reservations or daily excursions, but the film company wants to know the
prices for the shuttle service for those periods to enable the company to
make adequate budget, planning and travel arrangements.

Kindly calculate the prices of shuttle services for 7-days, using the
standard price charged in euro per kilometer based on the total number of
160km radius travelled per day. Your timely reply will be needed to assist
