<title>笔记本电池放电过度</title>

笔记本电脑电池的续航能力随其使用时间而降低。下面提供几种有助于延长其使用寿命的技术，尽管它们的效果有时并不十分显著。

 不要让电池过度放电，在电量变得很低前充电，虽然大多数电池都有内置的保护措施，防止过度放电。电量较低时充电效果要好些，而电量损耗不多时充电是有害的。

 Batteries age even if you leave them in storage. There is little
 advantage in buying a replacement battery at the same time as you get the
