<title>IRC</title>
 IRC 是基于互联网的聊天室，它是实时多用户信息系统，您可以在 GNOME IRC 服务器上获得其他 GNOME 用户和开发者的帮助和建议。
 
 To connect to the GNOME IRC server, use <app>empathy</app> or <app>xchat</app>,
 or use a web interface like <link href="http://chat.mibbit.com/">mibbit</link>.
