<title>我收到“验证失败”的错误提示信息</title>

这种错误发生在您的即时通信服务器无法确认您的身份，不允许您连接时。比如，因为某种原因，它无法识别您的用户名或者密码。

 确保您已经连接到互联网，或者一个本地网络。

 确保您已经在要连接的服务上注册了帐号。如果没有帐号，多数服务都不会允许您连接。

 icon in the error message.

 再次输入您的用户名和密码，以确保它们是正确的。
