<title>ゴミ箱の中身や一時ファイルを削除する</title>

ゴミ箱や一時ファイルを片付けることで、不要なファイルを削除したり、ディスクスペースに空きを作ったりできます。ゴミ箱の中身や一時ファイルの削除は手動で行うことができますが、自動で行うように設定することもできます。

Temporary files are files created automatically by applications in the
 background. They can increase performance by providing a copy of data that
 was downloaded or computed.

 <title>Automatically empty your trash and clear temporary files</title>
 <item>
 Open the <gui xref="shell-introduction#activities">Activities</gui> overview and
 start typing <gui>Privacy</gui>.

 Click on <gui>Privacy</gui> to open the panel.
 </item>
 <item>
 <gui>ゴミ箱と一時ファイルの削除</gui>を選択します。
 </item>

 Set one or both of the <gui>Automatically empty Trash</gui> or
 <gui>Automatically purge Temporary Files</gui> switches to
 <gui>ON</gui>.

 ゴミ箱や一時ファイルの削除する頻度を設定するには、<gui>次の時間経過後に削除する</gui>の値を変更します。

 Use the <gui>Empty Trash</gui> or <gui>Purge Temporary Files</gui>
