<title>Attivare i tasti singoli</title>

I Tasti singoli consentono di digitare le scorciatoie da tastiera un tasto alla volta. Per esempio, senza questa funzionalità, la scorciatoia per passare da una finestra all'altra <keyseq><key xref="keyboard-key-super">Super</key><key>Tab</key></keyseq> deve essere eseguita premendo tutti i tasti assieme. Attraverso i tasti singoli è possibile premere e rilasciare prima <key>Super</key> e successivamente <key>Tab</key>.

Questa funzionalità può risultare utile nel caso si riscontrino problemi nel premere più tasti in una sola volta.

 Under <gui>Enable by Keyboard</gui>, select
 <gui>Turn on accessibility features from the keyboard</gui>
 to turn sticky keys on and off from the keyboard. When this option is
 selected, you can press <key>Shift</key> five times in a row to enable or
 disable sticky keys.
 È possibile attivare e disattivare i tasti lenti facendo clic sulla <link xref="a11y-icon">icona accesso universale</link> nella barra superiore e selezionando <gui>Tasti singoli</gui>. Se vengono premuti due tasti assieme, è possibile disattivare momentaneamente i tasti singoli per poter digitare le scorciatoie da tastiera nella maniera "standard".

Per esempio, con questa opzione attivata, se i tasti lenti sono attivati e vengono premuti assieme <key>Super</key> e <key>Tab</key>, non verrà attesa la pressione di un altro tasto. Viene attesa la pressione di un altro tasto solamente se ne viene premuto uno prima. Ciò risulta utile alle persone che possono premere facilmente alcune combinazioni (tasti che risultano vicini sulla tastiera), ma non altre.

Selezionare <gui>Disabilitare se due tasti sono premuti insieme</gui> per poter sfruttare questa funzionalità.

You can have the computer make a “beep” sound when you start typing a
 keyboard shortcut with sticky keys turned on. This is useful if you want to
 know that sticky keys is expecting a keyboard shortcut to be typed, so the
 next key press will be interpreted as part of a shortcut. Select <gui>Beep
 when a modifier key is pressed</gui> to enable this.
